Spring Education Groups Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.

Xplor Preschool & School Age is seeking qualified Afterschool Teacher to join our School- Age Program.

As a teacher, youll have the opportunity to:

• Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps toddlers feel secure and confident.
• Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
• Work collaboratively with co-teachers and school leaders to ensure an exceptional learning experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• Must have a valid drivers license & clean driving record
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Bus driving (NON-CDL) required
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
