To sum it up simply, an EPIC Assistant Project Manager is responsible for making the impossible possible. You ensure that projects both large and small are performed with quality, in a timely manner, and that the customers needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

During the day, you manage overall projects from budgets and personnel to client communications. Your aim is to provide a seamless product for our customers from start to finish. You delegate tasks where appropriate but always embody a servant leader.

You may start the day generating project budgets at the office and finish the day as the first responder for a water loss.

Minimum Requirements

• To join our crew, you need to have hands-on experience performing and leading restoration or interior renovation projects. You need an MVR and background check that would make your mother proud.
• Make sure we can see where you picked up your customer service super powers somewhere in your cover letter or resume.

Educational Requirements

A four-year degree is preferred, but not required.

Nice-to-have

Experience with Xactimate would help, but its not a deal-breaker.

Construction experience in commercial real estate or healthcare is preferred.

Success will look like

Your success is measured by customer engagement scores, peer-reviews, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain budgets.
