Full time Attorney -Litigation Of Counsel - New Opportunity - (Multi Office)

A prestigious AmLaw100 Firm is seeking an experienced and passionate attorney to join their team. Requirement:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant practice area, preferably with experience at an AmLaw 100 firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Communicate directly with clients to provide strategic legal advice.
• Supervise associates and work collaboratively with teams.
• Work with expert witnesses and assist in fact development and depositions.
• Contribute to the development of case strategy and overall litigation direction.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school.
• Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction of application. Candidates licensed to practice in New York are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant practice area, preferably with experience at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Specialized Skills:
  • Extensive experience drafting briefs, including expertise in Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence and Daubert issues.
  • Strong background in product liability litigation, particularly within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, is highly desirable.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• This role is based in a hybrid work environment, with a regular in-office presence and some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.
• The position requires primarily sedentary work, involving extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. The role may occasionally involve light physical effort, such as lifting up to 10 pounds.

Pay Transparency:

The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $400,000- $500,000per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
