Automation Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated systems in a cleanroom environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our industrial automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure SCADA systems and HMI programming for automated processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems and robotics.
• Maintain and adhere to cleanroom protocols during all operations.
• Develop and implement solutions for industrial automation challenges.
• Design and maintain End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) for robotic applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on automation equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SCADA systems and HMI programming.
• Strong background in robotics and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with electrical systems.
• Experience with End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) design and implementation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have: Experience in machine building
• Must be able to work 12 hr shift 7pm-7am on a 2/2/3 rotation and work in a cleanroom environment
