**Description**
**Hotel Hermosa** is looking for a **Barista/Breakfast Server** to join the team at Beach Eats Cafe! The Barista/Breakfast Server will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and servicing the breakfast bar in addition to assisting guests efficiently and courteously.
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:**
Adhere to Pacificas Pure Stay guidelines to ensure the health, safety and comfort of our team members and guests.
Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property specific guidelines
Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
Set up breakfast area to property specifications.
Prepare breakfast according to operational policies and Company standards.
Attend to guests needs to ensure food and beverages are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner.
Inventory food items and report on supplies to be ordered.
Control inventory for loss, waste and spoilage.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, breakfast bar area, seating, tables and equipment to Company standards and health codes at all times.
Report any missing/found articles or equipment/property damage to the housekeeping supervisor.
Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
