Who Were Looking For

We're seeking a motivated, energetic Instructor to lead BODYBAR Pilates classes that build strength, confidence, and community. Youll use the BODYBAR method to challenge clients of all fitness levels in a form-focused, high-energy environment. As a key member of the studio team, you'll help create a positive, welcoming experience that keeps members coming back.

What Youll Be Doing

• Be a true BODYBAR ambassador live the mission and bring the energy to every class

• Lead dynamic, form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method

• Guide members with clear, expert cues to ensure safety, alignment, and confidence

• Offer upbeat support and help members with modifications, policies, and promotions
  
  
• Take ownership of your schedule find subs promptly to maintain top-tier class experience

• Build studio community connect with members before, during, and after class

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Passion for health, fitness, and empowering others
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of anatomy and movement
  
  
• Pilates or group fitness experience preferred, but not required

• Willingness to complete and pass BODYBARs Instructor Training Program
