Dutchess Beer Distributors Kingston location is seeking a few qualified CDL Drivers to join their team
Must be focused, self motivated hard working individual
Posses a Valid Commercial Drivers License minimum Class B
Be able to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 175 pounds with aid of hand Truck
A driver is assigned stops on a daily basis, stops are loaded on to the truck and hand delivered to each stop Monday to Friday.
Starting Wage is determined on experience and training need. Minimum starting wage is $20 plus commission This will end up being a Local Union position, must meet 6months probationary period of no missed time. Then there is a vesting period to which there are guaranteed increases until full union scale is reached 7 years commission between .17-.21/delivered case this is an out and back position home every night Annual Compensation Hours and Commission varies between 60-65k for entry level, upon 7 year vesting between 70-80k annual compensation.
Paid Vacation, Guaranteed retirement, Full medical dental vision coverage after 60 days ( some employee responsibility)
Prior beverage delivery experience is a plus. Forklift certification is a plus but will train and certify
