• Manage workflow and nurture connections between second-shift employees and management.

Production Authority

• Facilitate operations by setting up and managing CNC Swiss and Lathe centers.
• Quickly resolve any production line issues to maintain efficiency.
• Document and track production achievements and everyday operations.

Quality Advocacy

• Check every piece meticulously to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
• Collaborate closely with the quality team to address discrepancies.

Safety Leadership

• Promote a workplace infused with safety awareness and regular safety checks.
• Proactively handle and report any safety concerns.

Facilitated Communication

• Provide clear production and maintenance updates at shift's end.
• Ensure seamless shifts by coordinating with the daytime team.
