Supervises: Team Leads and Employees
Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to the client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals). This is a key role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance.
Supervise team leads and/or employees
Quality checks of facilities
Supplement site inspections & follow-up plans
Restocking and keeping track of all cleaning supplies at all facilities
Supervise and evaluate time
Fill-in to clean at assigned facilities as needed
Work with area manager. It is your responsibility to provide the customer with the service we have promised and they deserve.
Work closely in a team-like manner with OP management and follow up on tasks generated by the OP management team (example: talk with employee because of poor inspection)
Training and communicating with all new/current employees during shift
Report daily via to area manager by phone or written report. Report accounts for: time, activities and tasks performed/accomplished
Working one-on-one with employees
Every and all aspects of supervising the general operation of the business in your area
Speaking with point of contacts at facilities to ensure quality service
Work up to 40 hours per week
Key holder and to travel to each facility (monthly vehicle allowance)

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
