The Opportunity

As an Investment Sales Associate at Greysteel your primary focus will be to develop and maintain client relationships and provide best-in-class investment property sales and advisory services throughout the full transaction lifecycle. Your efforts will be supported at every step by Greysteel’s Engine; a unique and powerful infrastructure that includes industry-leading training and coaching, a seasoned transaction management team, and analytics, research, marketing, and public relations professionals.

This is a commission-only role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for, cultivate, and maintain client relationships through calls, meetings, and client/industry events.
  • Leverage Greysteel’s technology driven platform to earn business and accomplish client objectives.
  • Be an expert in your market, stay up to date on transaction activity, capital markets activity, and market trends and development opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth property analysis, including financial modeling, sales and rent comp analysis, and due diligence review for client Market Positioning Analyses.
  • Read, review, and summarize real estate documents (i.e., rent rolls, operating statements, tax returns, third party reports, etc.).
  • Market investment opportunities leveraging the Greysteel Engine and our proprietary process, maintaining proactive client communication and transparency.
  • Facilitate and manage a seamless transaction escrow processes to successful closing.
  • Lead and participate in client presentations.
  • Represent yourself, your colleagues, and Greysteel with professionalism and integrity at all times.

  • Established ability to comfortably interface with executives and make presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Real Estate License or commitment to obtain within 90 days of start date.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
