The Customer Care Associate is responsible for being instrumental in helping the Service business achieve its growth and profitability goals by working directly with our customers to promote the value of Molecular Devices Service. You will provide high-quality support for our customers as well as our Service Organization This position reports to the Customer Care Manager and is part of the North America Customer Care team l ocated in San Jose, CA and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Provide support to both Internal and External Customers + Work Order creation and Dispatching for Installation, Training, and POS Service + Process quotes and Purchase Orders in a timely and accurate manner The essential requirements of the job include + High school diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of experience in customer service + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power BI, Excel It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Associates or Bachelor's Degree + Oracle Order Management, ServiceMax and Salesforce experience + Miro for Visual Management Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. The hourly range for this role is $30.00 - $33.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
