Position: Education Content Developer Type: Contract Compensation: $25–$30/hour Location: Remote Duration: 2 months Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex nuances in education workflows and processes in Germany. Reflect curriculum standards and pedagogy across different educational domains. Write fluently in both German and English. Ensure precise education terminology and nuanced expression across languages. Provide cultural insights specific to the German education system. Include assessment, classes, norms at school, and more. Work closely with reviewers and peers. Refine content, validate accuracy, and align outputs with educational standard practices in Germany. Qualifications Must-Have Native-level fluency in German with strong written and spoken English. Advanced degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or a related field. 2–6+ years of professional experience teaching in Germany. Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience delivering and creating assessments to students is highly desired. Preferred Experience with rubric development is a plus.
