We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution while being part of a creative, fast-moving industry.

The Opportunity

As an Events Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our events. From pre-event planning and logistics to on-site coordination and guest support, you’ll be at the center of the action. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in live events and event management.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in [City/Location] . No hybrid or remote options are available.

What You'll Do

Event Operations

  • Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.

  • Support setup and breakdown of live events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Provide on-the-day operational support, from managing staff/volunteers to handling last-minute needs.

  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and artists to maintain seamless execution.

  • Help oversee ticketing, guest registration, and hospitality services.

Client & Guest Experience

  • Provide face-to-face support to sponsors, partners, and VIP guests during events.

  • Assist in ensuring every guest receives an exceptional, memorable experience.

  • Anticipate client and audience needs and provide proactive solutions.

Administrative & Team Support

  • Maintain event documentation, schedules, and post-event reports.

  • Assist with internal communications and cross-team coordination.

  • Contribute creative ideas to improve event processes and audience engagement.

Who We're Looking For
  • Experience: 1–3 years in events, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (internships and volunteer work considered).

  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with sharp attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strengths: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident in face-to-face client interactions.

  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for live music, events, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

  • Availability: Must be able to work evenings and weekends when events are scheduled.

  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with event management platforms or design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
