We are currently seeking candidates for an Entry-Level Events Assistant position. We are looking for individuals eager to make valuable contributions to our team, willing to learn, and open to hands-on training to support our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Generate excitement by creating and distributing promotional materials.
• Set the scene by organizing decorations, signage, and other visually engaging elements.
• Monitor event activities to ensure a seamless flow.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of our brand's products and services, as well as competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure every customer departs with a smile and a memorable experience.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations, depending on client requirements.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Master multitasker with strong organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous event planning experience is a plus, but not required.
• We offer in-house training for all levels of experience.
