Have you managed team members to successfully operate a quick service restaurant? If so, and you're a well-organized leader with excellent communication skills, you could be our next general manager. In a fast-paced restaurant dedicated to providing excellent customer service, we need a leader who can inspire and direct a high-energy group to achieve their goals. Hiring, training, and supervising employees, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, will be among your responsibilities. You should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience managing a fast food or quick service restaurant. If this describes you, please apply immediately! Compensation:

$45,000 - $75,000 per year

• Make sure that all laws and standards for food service sanitation are followed
• Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company
• Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
• Retain proper inventory levels of food and dining items and make precise plans for anticipated sales patterns
• Deliver excellent quality to guests while providing quick service to all customers of the restaurant

• Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs
• Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
• Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Previous management or supervisory experience of 1-3 years is required, preferably in the quick service restaurant industry
