Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Location: San Francisco HQ (Onsite)

Compensation: $120K–$150K base + equity

About the Role

They’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with the strategic chops and cultural fluency to help this brand become that brand — the one Gen Z talks about, vibes with, and shares unprompted. This is a role for someone who deeply understands what makes the scroll stop, the group chat light up, and the experience hit different.

You’ll partner closely with the founder to design experiments, content loops, and product touchpoints that channel organic, product-led growth — not just clicks, but connection. Whether it’s building a viral waitlist flow or crafting a referral loop with real rizz, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand grows and lives in culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead initiatives that attract and retain Gen Z users by speaking their language — literally and figuratively
  • Build community-driven growth loops rooted in authenticity, humor, shareability, and ✨main character energy✨
  • Partner with product and design to ship experiences that feel less like funnels and more like vibes
  • Design onboarding and retention experiments that deliver value fast and spark delight
  • Turn customer insights and social signals into growth strategies with teeth
  • Develop organic referral programs, waitlists, and lifecycle strategies that feel more "For You Page" and less "email blast"

What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in growth, brand, or product marketing — ideally with consumer or Gen Z-facing brands
  • An intuitive sense of what’s hot, what’s cringe, and when to drop just the right amount of rizz
  • Experience growing products through community, UX, content, or virality — not just ads
  • Analytical but never robotic — someone who sees growth as both a science and an art
  • Creative, scrappy, experimental, and fluent in early-stage chaos
