The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) will influence and directly impact 90-125 franchised domestic Wingstop restaurants in the greater DFW area, driving results and delivering on business objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, with accountability for operational excellence, P&L results, and long-term franchise success. You will build strong relationships with franchisees and drive KPIs including same-store sales, guest experience metrics, and operational metrics including speed of service.
