• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and delivering IT system training in public or enterprise environments.
• Experience with virtual, in-person, and hybrid training modalities.
• Familiarity with workforce systems, eligibility programs, or CRM platforms is preferred.

Certifications (Optional) · Training and instructional design certification preferred (e.g., ATD, CompTIA CTT+) Technical Skills

• Developing course materials, handouts, and visual aids.
• Delivering training sessions live and via LMS platforms.
• Coordinating with OCM teams to tailor content to audiences.
• Experience supporting train-the-trainer programs.

Preferred Experience

• Training end-users in case management or labor exchange systems.
• Developing eLearning modules, quick guides, and support resources.

Responsibilities · The Trainer will develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure system adoption, user readiness, and operational continuity for WITS stakeholders. Major Tasks and Deliverables

• Develop and maintain the Training Plan, including format, schedule, delivery modes, and audience targeting.
• Conduct live and recorded training sessions for Commerce, LWDBs, and partner organizations.
• Develop training documentation in collaboration with the Technical Writer.
• Integrate training into the broader OCM and Knowledge Base Strategy.
• Support system go-live and post-launch with refresher and role-based training.
• Contribute to transition and sustainment deliverables in the Transition to Operations Plan.
