Position : Instructional Systems Designer Location : Washington, DC Pay : 30 / hour Experience : At least 1 year in instructional design, facilitation, and training program development. Education : Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR Development, Communications, or related field. Type : Full-time; Contract Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM HireOne Staffing is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description : Design and develop instructor-led, e-learning, and blended training programs. Conduct training needs analyses and identify performance gaps. Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences. Develop training materials including lesson plans, guides, and assessments. Use tools like Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, and LMS platforms to create content. Manage instructional design projects from concept to delivery. Implement evaluation strategies including Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels. Analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve training programs. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to internal trainers. Ensure all deliverables meet compliance, accessibility, and organizational standards. Position Requirements : Proficiency in instructional design software (Articulate, Adobe Suite, LMS). Ability to analyze data and apply learning evaluation models. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent facilitation, communication, and writing skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Adaptable, professional, and proactive under pressure.
