Who are we looking for:

Urners Inc. is searching for a part-time interior decorator. The ideal candidate should have experience with interior decoration, an eye for detail, the ability to identify and predict trends, excellent listening, communication, and organization skills. The ability to complete desired projects on time and within budget. Experience with inventory and purchasing is a plus, but not required. Job Requirements:

Experience or education in interior design or a related field
Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and space planning
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and or vendors
Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
Familiarity with furniture styles, trends, and manufacturers
Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and a creative eye for aesthetics
Physical stamina for lifting and arranging furniture as needed

Additional Requirements:

High School graduate, or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedule, days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Pleasant and polite manners when dealing with co-workers as well as customers
Basic reading, math, writing and communication skills
A commitment to high professional ethical standards
Ability to safely lift to up to twenty-five pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to fifty pounds on an occasional basis without assistance
Pass criminal background check and hair follicle drug test
