Mail and Policy Assembly Clerk

Monday - Friday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

$12.60 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Operate mail service equipment, including postage meters, inserters, and sorters.
• Use a computer effectively, including typing and Microsoft Office applications.
• Pick up and deliver mail to/from the post office using a company vehicle.
• Sort, distribute, and collect incoming and outgoing U.S. Mail, USPS, and FedEx.
• Pick up and deliver materials for scanning.
• Prepare, assemble, and stuff policy documents for mailing.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional physical activity required (sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling).
