  • 1-2+ years of planning/scheduling, or strong informal planning experience as a lead tech

  • Solid understanding of PM systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance workflows

  • CMMS experience (any platform)

  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and walking the floor

  • Electrical Planner : Industrial electrical or E&I background preferred

  • Mechanical Planner : Mechanical maintenance or millwright background preferred

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: ~$85-90K base depending on experience

  • Bonuses: Annual incentive bonus (5-21%) + pay-for-performance bonus (7-12%)

  • Retirement: 401(k) with strong employer contribution and match (12%)

  • Hours: Salaried 40-hour week, with additional flexibility during outages or startup

  • Relocation: Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates

Why This Role?

  • Join a site with strong investment in people, safety, and culture

  • Work with a team that values training, stability, and career development

  • Clear path to grow into reliability, supervisory, or capital project roles
