The Manufacturing Manager at Boeing leads and manages employees within the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center, overseeing multiple manufacturing disciplines. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to join the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center 737 Shelves and Panels Team , based out of Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
  • Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience leading or managing others
  • Ability to work 2nd shift, including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of tooling operation or fabrication processes

Summary pay range: $115,900 – 134,200
