• Communicate directly with clients to confirm move dates, requirements, and expectations.
• Monitor the performance of moving teams to ensure adherence to schedules and quality benchmarks.
• Resolve logistical challenges and delays swiftly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all activities, including invoices, feedback, and incidents.
• Ensure moving vehicles are well-maintained and meet all safety regulations.
• Work closely with customer service to handle client queries and deliver smooth experiences.
• Update schedules and dispatch information using industry-standard tools and software.
• Assist in the enforcement of company policies and industry compliance, including DOT regulations.
• Adapt to flexible working hours, particularly during peak summer months.
• Uphold professionalism and efficiency under pressure in a high-demand environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a logistics role within the moving or relocation industry.
