Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Join a fast-growing robotics and automation company building the future of logistics. We’re looking for a skilled Network Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain robust network infrastructure across our offices, warehouses, and customer sites. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance connectivity for both internal systems and our deployed products. What You’ll Do Design and manage wired and wireless networks with a focus on reliability and security Deploy and tune Wi-Fi systems using heat maps and spectrum analysis Configure firewalls, VPNs (IPSec, GRE), and routing protocols (BGP, etc.) Support network infrastructure at customer sites and on our robotic platforms Implement monitoring, alerting, and security tools (IDS/IDP, ACLs, etc.) Travel occasionally for customer deployments and site setups Build and maintain DIY router hardware and PXE boot environments Document systems and support incident response What You Bring 3–5 years of hands-on network engineering experience Deep knowledge of routing, switching, and wireless technologies Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, or similar Strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative mindset Comfort working in industrial environments (warehouses, cold storage, etc.) Plusses Maker/DIY mindset with experience in OpenWRT, pfSense, or OPNSense Familiarity with alternative wireless protocols (BLE, Zigbee, HaLow) Experience running multi-vendor Wi-Fi systems concurrently This is a full-time, on-site role in Brisbane, CA. Remote work is not available.
