Your Role:

1. Engage with warm leads and schedule consultations
2. Guide buyers and sellers through every transaction step
3. Conduct showings, draft offers, and host open houses
4. Maintain organization using our systems and tools
5. Collaborate with our experienced team and participate in weekly training

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Recently obtained or about to obtain your AZ real estate license
2. Eager to learn and receptive to coaching
3. Personable, proactive, and ready for growth
4. Passionate about helping people navigate significant life decisions
5. Available to work full-time and committed to building a long-term career

$52,226.91 - $195,000+ per year
