- FTE Status: Full Time and Part-Time opportunities available
- Work Schedule: We offer a variety of scheduling options to accommodate different needs, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Weekend rotations will adhere to a modified block schedule based on availability, with shifts occurring every other weekend or every third weekend.
- Unit Description : Our Medical Unit comprises 26 beds. We cater to a diverse patient group, including but not limited to individuals with organ failure (such as kidney, liver, etc.), pneumonia, gastrointestinal bleeds, stroke, detoxification needs, general weakness, sepsis, seizures, Covid, those undergoing chemotherapy, and end-of-life care patients
Job Description: As a CNA at Bellin Health you will perform diagnostic testing, act as a preceptor under the guidance of an RN for new nursing assistants, and assist with the organization of patient rooms, including emptying garbage and stocking linens and other supplies. You will perform refrigerator checks, phlebotomy, and EKGs, ensuring age-appropriate care and service. Your commitment to reliable, predictable outcomes and minimizing needless waits is essential. Proficiency in using Information Systems to their full capability is required. Duties may vary by department.
Qualifications: - Listed on state of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry required.
