WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Clean, stock, and supply designated facility locations
  • Remove all trash, change on trash linen, flip over unused trashcans
  • Clean and sanitize all interior and exterior areas of the property
  • Clean and sanitize parking lots
  • Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
  • Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers.
  • Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitizer, etc.
  • Clean mirrors and windows
  • Keep all guest facing areas clear of debris and trash
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Perform minor repairs when necessary and report the repairs to management
  • Ensure supply rooms are fully stocked, maintained, and organized
  • Practice professional concert and radio etiquette
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts
  • Power washing of sidewalks, patios, parking lots
  • Utilization of industrial electric floor scrubbers, vacuums, and mops.
  • Other tasks as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 3+ Years of Experience in cleaning of indoor buildings or equivalent
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, climb stairs
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs +
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Prior experience/knowledge with industrial electric cleaning machines and products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong sense of teamwork

The expected compensation for this position is:

$18.40 USD - $23.00 USD Hourly

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
