Production Inventory Clerk – Summary of Responsibilities>

. The production Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately tracking and reporting inventory data using basic computer skills and Excel.

. This role includes performing daily product counts each morning and reporting totals to the order manager.

. The clerk also conducts daily ingredient reporting and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and reliability, particularly during product testing.

Additional responsibilities include:

. Supporting production by assisting with breaks in the evening’s.

.Performing evening ingredient counts daily

. Completing bag inventories every Friday.

. Conducting end-of-shift inventories of all coolers each afternoon.

. Scanning and registering all products, sending reports via email to the office.

. Assisting with monthly label printing from EMP

. Attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility are key, as the role requires assisting in various departments and working overtime when needed.

Basic Requirements:

. Resume is required for an application*

. Basic computer skills are necessary

. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Basic level)

. Flexible availability, including ability to leave or assist at any time as needed

. Willingness to support various departments as required.

. Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
