JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager maintains the scope, schedule, and quality of the project assigned. This person will provide supervision and oversight to coordinate the various activities of the project staff, ensuring that project milestones are met, key decisions are made in a timely manner and an overall successful implementation is executed.


The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, possesses previous project management experience and has a track record of demonstrated leadership ability.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field, or Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing- required, or Associate's degree with 10 years of experience in project management- required

Certification & Licensures:

- PMP certification- preferred

Experience:

-10 years of project management experience- preferred

- 5 years of Epic implementation experience- preferred

- At least three (3) years of clinical informatics or healthcare IT experience- preferred.

- Prior project management experience and experience in a leadership role- required

Saint Francis Healthcare System is committed to a compensation philosophy that aligns to the fiftieth percentile of the marketplace, while also crediting applicable and/or relevant work experience when computing compensation offers for selected candidates. Internal equity is factored into all offers presented to candidates.

Minimum annual salary: $63,980.80
