Job Description

Position: Secretary
Hours: Part-Time, 16 hours per week Tuesday and Thursday.
Pay: $16.39 per hour

We are looking for an organized, friendly, and professional Secretary to join our team! This part-time role offers the chance to contribute to a smooth office operation and assist with essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, either in person or over the phone.
• Answer calls, take messages, and direct inquiries.
• Handle office paperwork, including making copies, preparing invoices, and creating reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing needs.
• Required PA Child Clearance
