Required Experience:

• 2-5 years of staffing/recruiting agency or high-volume corporate recruiting experience with a focus on Finance and Accounting, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related skill sets.
• Prefer candidates who have full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Sponge and Growth mindset, must be financially motivated.
• Full cycle recruiting experience from initial cold & warm outreach, negotiating compensation, delivering offers, and closing candidates.
• A desire to make a big impact with a growing organization, but to also grow into a more Senior Recruiter role.
