Are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Specialist to lead the charge in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent! What You'll Do:

  • Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Own the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Engage & Support Candidates: Maintain strong relationships through regular communication, providing updates and support throughout their journey.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize networking skills and technology to build a robust pipeline of both passive and prospective candidates. Use career fairs, email/text campaigns, social media outreach, and local/national recruiting events.
  • Proactive Talent Identification: Anticipate future hiring needs and engage both active and passive candidates to maintain a steady flow of talent.
  • Trusted Partnership: Collaborate with leadership at all levels to execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to our facility's unique needs and culture.
  • Best-in-Class Collaboration: Work with HR partners to drive a top-notch recruiting process.
  • Innovative Technology Use: Scale and creatively leverage technology tools to uncover additional opportunities for filling roles.
  • Exceptional Candidate Experience: Manage the candidate experience from engagement to feedback, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain accurate statuses and dispositions in our ATS, ensuring compliance with Federal and State employment laws, including Affirmative Action.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Provide insightful reporting on candidate pipelines and full-cycle recruitment metrics, including fill rates, time to fill, offer acceptance rates, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment preferred; experience in a staffing agency is a plus.
  • Familiarity with full life cycle recruitment is preferred.
  • Experience in behavioral health or healthcare is a plus.
  • Must reside within 1 hour of the nearest Newport/PrairieCare facility.


Relationship Builder:

  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management and external resources.


Tech-Savvy:

  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment processes.
