Our Repossession Agents are equipped with all of the tools that they need to be successful. ESI offers Agent training, a fleet of state of the art trucks, and the latest technological tools that have been custom designed to assist our Agents in maximizing their earning potential and performance.
Our newly hired Repossession Agents will experience thorough training at the United corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN (travel, meals, and accommodation are covered by us!). During the five day training, you will meet with internal operations that will serve as your support while in the field. You will experience hands-on training in a classroom environment and in the field. In the classroom, you will get a better understanding of this position and the tools you will use to succeed. In the field, you will run routes with our Field Operations Manager - seeing first hand the role of a Repossession Agent.
We are looking for individuals who are interested in growing with us. If you have a desire to develop both personally and professionally, reach out to us! This is a commission position, with opportunity for bonuses. Our Agents earn on average $60k-$100k annually. All training is paid hourly as well.
*Hiring bonuses: $2,000 not licensed, $3,000 if licensed (IL Repossessor License). This would be paid out over the first 6 months of employment.
We would love to hear from you, regardless of your experience level! Experience and Skills What we are looking for: - Preferred, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.
- An individual with basic mechanical skills. Don't worry we'll teach you all you need to know about strapping up a car.
- A naturally curious soul. Someone who is willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success.
- An excellent communicator. Information is power and the ability to clearly communicate the knowledge makes you a power-player in the field.
What you need: - You will need to pass all necessary processing steps (background check, drug test, etc.)
- Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance.
- A DOT physical card or ability to pass a DOT Physical.
- If you do not possess an Illinois Repossessor's License, we will assist in the process of obtaining this.
