Job Summary:

Capitol Chevrolet, a leading automotive dealership in Austin, Texas, is seeking customer oriented individuals who are motivated and driven to learn and grow in the dealership business. No prior experience needed just and aptitude in great customer service. You will be working with a seasoned Sales person who will guide, grow, & train you. You will gain the knowledge and skills needed to be successful. As Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. This is a full-time, non-commissioned based position with a competitive compensation plan. The role has opportunities for individuals with little prior experience in sales and has room for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct vehicle walk-around, demonstrations, and test drives with customers
- Guide customers through the sales process and assist with financing options
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Stay knowledgeable about current vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and team members

- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends and advancements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient sales process
- Attend regular training and development programs to improve sales skills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Little experience needed in the automotive industry as you will be on a team that will train and grow you to succeed
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
