TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
The Role TOTEME is looking for a Stock Keeper to join our Mercer Street store team on a seasonal 30-hour-per-week contract, running from now through February. In this role, you will support daily store operations by ensuring efficient stock management, accurate handling of deliveries, and smooth replenishment processes. Working closely with the Stock Supervisor and the wider store team, the Stock Keeper helps create the conditions for an exceptional client experience by maintaining an organized and functional back of house.
Responsibilities - Receive and process deliveries in line with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible stockroom.
- Support the Stock Supervisor with transfers, returns, and replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels, flag discrepancies, and help safeguard inventory accuracy.
- Ensure quick and precise replenishment to the shop floor.
- Prepare items for client appointments and assist with product requests during peak times.
- Keep packaging, hangers, and supplies available for the sales team.
- Support store events and launches with stock preparation.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile - Previous retail or stockroom experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using IT systems (POS/stock software experience preferred).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
This is a part-time seasonal position based at TOTEME's Mercer Street store, starting immediately and ending in February 2025. The hourly rate for this role is $22.00.
