Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Secondary Mortgage Loan Officer located in Little Rock, AR. The role involves assisting clients with secondary mortgage loans, guiding them through the borrowing process, and ensuring adherence to underwriting and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include analyzing loan applications, supporting the underwriting team, managing customer relationships, and maintaining compliance with lending policies. Qualifications A strong understanding of Loan Officers' responsibilities, including knowledge of loan processes and financial analysis. Expertise in the Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and familiarity with secondary mortgage products. Experience with underwriting processes and regulatory compliance in financial transactions. Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Proficiency in communication, problem‑solving, and attention to detail is essential for success. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous experience in a similar role or financial institution is a plus.
