Currently seeking a  Senior Accounts Payable Specialist (Supervisor-level candidates will also be considered) This role requires a  hands-on professional with strong  full-cycle AP experience who can quickly step in to support the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage  full-cycle Accounts Payable : invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
• Assist with month-end close, accruals, and AP reporting.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support process improvements and maintain compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of  Accounts Payable experience with demonstrated  full-cycle processing .
• Senior-level AP knowledge; prior supervisory or lead experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/AP systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
