Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Investment Banking

• Process Implementation: Lead the execution and improvement of ZBB, MBR, Memos, and Stakeholder Reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
• Project Administration: Manage workflows and timelines across EPIC, Fundamental Research Tools, MI, VC, and Tableau to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to support decision-making, leveraging tools such as Tableau to visualize insights and track progress.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with teams across Technology and the Business to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on priorities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and tools, driving efficiency and enhancing the effectiveness of project administration.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for initiatives spanning multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project administration, process improvement, or similar roles, ideally within a technology or research-driven organization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Tableau to generate insights and track metrics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes (e.g., ZBB) and review cycles (e.g., MBR, Stakeholder Reviews).
• Experience working with research tools, data visualization platforms, and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for driving efficiency and delivering impactful results.
