Senior SAP Basis Administrator

We are seeking a Senior SAP Basis Administrator with deep expertise in SAP system architecture, troubleshooting, and cloud technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure system stability and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead SAP BASIS administration tasks including installation, upgrades, and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve critical issues in real time
• Maintain system availability and contribute to ongoing maintenance activities
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technical needs
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and improvements
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide second-level support

What You Bring

• Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related field
• 10+ years of SAP BASIS Administration experience
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, Cloud ALM, OpenText, and Cloud Integration Suite
• Solid understanding of system architecture, security, and database management
• Expertise in ERP systems and SAP BASIS best practices
• Skilled in transport management and change control procedures
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
