About the role We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Visual Designer to shape and elevate our brand presence across all touchpoints. As our Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and consistent visual assets that enhance Applied Intuition's brand expression. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to bring our brand to life in digital and physical spaces. Responsibilities include: Evolving and maintaining our visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. Creating engaging visuals for our website, marketing campaigns, presentations, reports, and digital assets, including iconography, illustrations, infographics, and interactive elements. Designing visuals for physical spaces such as trade show booths, signage, marketing collateral, and office environments. Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project goals and translating them into visual solutions. Incorporating stakeholder feedback to refine designs and ensure alignment with objectives. Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Maintaining an organized library of visual assets for consistent usage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer or Graphic Designer. A strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design projects, with excellent visual design principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch. Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, understanding UI/UX principles. Experience designing for physical spaces and producing print-ready files. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have: Experience with motion graphics or video editing software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro. An interest in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or related industries. Compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits. The salary range for this position in the listed location is $152,000 - $195,000 USD annually.
