Schroyer's Tavern is the food & beverage operation of the property, open from 7am-8pm seven days a week (with exceptions for private functions, including private banquets, weddings, and golf outings). The operation includes beverage cart attendants who provide food and beverage to the entirety of the course; morning bartenders who primarily service golfers, public lunch tables, and daytime functions; closing managers/bartenders who primarily service golfers, public dinner tables, and evening functions (in addition to their closing tasks); and our servers who bounce between daytime service, evening service, and banquet service, as needed.
We are seeking a social and adaptable individual to join our team, heading into a busy Fall season. The ideal candidate will be cross-trained to serve, bartend, work on the beverage cart, and work events, based on skill sets and availability, to maximize their schedule and income potential. Our season will be full of banquets, weddings, golf outings, and traditional breakfast/lunch/dinner service
Starting wages are $5.50 per hour, with cash and credit card tips distributed at the end of each shift and service charges (gratuity on banquets/events) included in bi-weekly paychecks. Limited overtime available, and no bonuses or commissions associated with these positions.
No experience necessary, as long as the individual is trainable.
