Showing Agent Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Showing Agent to assist active clients, support lead follow-up, and conduct property showings. This role is designed as a direct path to becoming a full Buyer’s Agent, giving you hands-on experience while working alongside top producers in a proven system.
The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and eager to grow. A real estate license is required, though we’re open to applicants who are in the process of completing their licensure.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely

Qualifications:
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Real Estate license
• Must live in an area
