• 5:1 support staff-to-trial attorney ratio
• Dedicated intake team — no involvement in new client onboarding
• Full-time legal assistant assigned to every attorney
• Specialized teams for ALRs, ODLs, billing, and administrative functions
• ALR hearings managed exclusively by dedicated specialists
• Strategic case assignments to reduce travel time and align with your strengths
• Remote work flexibility when not in court—so your time is spent serving clients, not commuting

• At least 7 years of experience in criminal defense - no junior lawyers here.
• You are a Zealous Advocate - you fight for the best outcome for every single client
• Located in the San Antonio area
