Thank you for considering a career at Roper St. Francis Healthcare! **Shift Hours:** 9:00am - 9:00pm; One 12-hour shift per week **Orientation will take place at Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital (West Ashley)** **Job Summary:** To assist the staff by performing clerical duties. To maintain and update patient records in a timely, orderly manner. To acknowledge customers upon arrival to unit and to demonstrate enthusiastic friendly approach. **Minimum Qualifications:** **Education:** Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalency examination. **Experience:** Previous secretarial experience desirable. **Licensure/Certification:** Current American (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) card preferred. **Primary Source Verification (If Applicable):** N/A **Knowledge/Skills:** Knowledge of clerical procedures and medical terminology. Skill in English grammar and spelling. Neat, legible handwriting. Ability to file and maintain patient records, files and reports. Excellent communication skills.
