Covenant Living is among the nation's leading nonprofit senior living providers, and we are looking for passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to fulfill our purpose of delivering joy and comfort to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of the nurse manager, alongside licensed nurses and supervisory staff.
• Provide compassionate, direct care to residents daily.
• Assist with various activities including light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Support residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Help manage resident laundry, ensuring it is labeled, clean, and organized.
• Prepare and assist residents during meal times.
• Be open to being cross-trained in Assisted Living services.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State with successful test completion.
• Current listing on the State's Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Compensation:

Earn between $16.25 - $19.84 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We value our staff and seek to offer a competitive pay rate.
