Sopp Residence
This San Diego Home features a circular lot with incredible views of the California hills. The Tuscan architecture wraps around exterior courts to nestle the home into the landscape. The garden spaces reflect a rustic yet stately Tuscan Villa ambiance. The main outdoor living space, features an infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen, rustic fountains and a farm-stone fireplace. In addition to the large courtyard, the residents worked with Annemarie Hall Design to create intimate spaces within the larger landscape, each intimate outdoor room organized to frame a distant view or enclosed to form a secluded retreat. Field-grown Olives, a specialty wine-grape vineyard and a bocce ball court are also blended into the site.
